Return of The Whoopass Cannery :)

First of all, I haven't been here in probably 13 years and I remembered my login and password first try... With the Descent Rebirth efforts going on I saw the opportunity to go back through my archives and render out all the demo videos from The Whoopass Cannery, which no longer exists except on my ...

Just my 2 cents, but I have always been extremely pleased with the quality of the Sears appliances I bought. We've gotten two refridgerators, two washers, two dryers, and one dishwasher. (The duplicates were because we moved and sold appliances with the house.) No problems ever, courteous delivery, ...

Take this with a grain of salt...We bought a new house this year and the 1098 we received in the mail showed our deductable interest and points. I don't believe the other stuff is deductable. However... I also don't think it's advisable to get your tax advise on the DBB. Hire an accountant. You get ...

Wow! I was skinny! :P

That was an awesome lan fest. I remember it was my first one and I had to drive 10 hours to get there (after my driving buddy bailed out the day of), and slept at Quasar's house. Good times.

Nothing a good ass spanking and lots of exercise won't cure. Like a dog, a tired kid that knows his place is a well behaved kid.

It probably has just as much to do with the declining value of the dollar as it does with the rising cost of oil, if not more so. If the dollar is only worth 70% of what it was 5 years ago, you can only buy 70% as much oil with it... even if the oil prices stay the same.

http://www.bookbrowse.com/index.cfm?page=title&titleID=242&view=excerpt&exPage=1 There's a link to chapter 1 of the book (posted as an excerpt on some site that sells it I believe.) Pages 1,2 and 7 are probably most interesting to those in this thread, although the whole thing is worth r...

Simply put, the rich are becoming more greedy. There are more people being born into wealth rather than earining it from the first minimum wage paycheck up. You are incorrect. I would suggest an excellent book called "The Millionaire Next Door", which sheds a lot of light on the true rich...

I would say that I, Robot far exceeded my expectations when I saw it. However my expectations were very low going in based on the horrible trailer and general reviews online. I have concluded that it was a fine summer movie, and actually better than most summer movies, because most of them are horri...

I don't visit the DBB often. In truth I go many months between visits but I did stop by today and this thread caught my eye. I thought I would make a few comments about it. First of all, I worked at Outrage for 3 years, until they were closed by THQ. That happened (within a few weeks) a year ago fro...
