Can SOD spawn Guardian games? What about Teams mod games? 3B Classics is a great set for playing either Guardian or Teams with two teams, with four to six players, for when things thin out at the end of the night. Bubba is right about team games being THE SHIZNIT on LAN, but they are the shiznit (lo...

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday are all no-go for me. Thursdays would be iffy, some weeks.

That leaves Monday or Tuesday.

Of course, I wouldn't be opposed to Monday -AND- Tuesday. :D

Krom is right about the server going to heck after a level or two. That thing was whacked out by the third level we played... ghost ships, team mixups and worse. Still fun, but we need to formalize some procedures, get everybody onto one page so the GAME QUALITY CAN BE BETTER. We all want that, righ...

There are no sharks or invulns in 3B, so don't bother with disabling them. :) Pyros only? What the heck happened to the D3 community while I was gone? Folks can't hack skippy Phoenix and whomping tri-fusion these days? Or is it because the Pyro is the best Mass Driver ship and the MD whores are all ...

Hostile would you really pass if we were playing a different 3BE level? I mean, how often does good Entropy come along? :) Siege might be a bit much for starters. As you say, it really calls for 5v5 or larger. Not that I care, personally, about which level to play. I will gladly play any of the nine...

3BE Level 3. You haven't played Entropy until you've played 3BE. Head to PD and grab 300Baud Entropy, then fly around the levels in Entropy mode to get a real look.

Like any other level will be different on that fusion issue? 8)

Seriously, Face Off is the only Entropy level I know of that is playable with less than eight ships.

Of course, if we get eight or ten to sign up, that will become a moot point. And then we can play Halogen. :D

If we don't get at least eight solid players, we should consider playing Face Off instead. Other levels just aren't good with less than 4v4.

If you're a weaker player, you need to have some strategy to compensate for your tactical inability. Here's just one concept. Weak player as bait, lures, runs, enemy chases, walks into ambush, BLAM eats fusion, your team racks up some virus capacity. 8) That's just the start. More important than bei...

Islam is the world's largest religion. The last statistics I saw had the Christians totalled at 2.7bil, the Muslims right at 2 bil, and the Hindus just under 1 bil, in that order. You undersold the Muslims by half a bil, and EVEN THEN, unless about 0.8 billion Christians kicked the bucket in the la...

The article shows a few examples of bad reporting, to which some have taken as a sign that liberals are appeasers! We don't need articles to inform us that some liberals are appeasers. We can get that straight from the talking points of the Democratic National Committee. On the other hand, many lib...

Do you really think the root of all of America's problems is that it's too liberal? This isn't a debate about "liberalism". It is a debate about right and wrong. The notion that we should, and must, reconcile our ideology implies compromise. Fair enough. All diplomacy must by definition i...

All that is required by a human being here is to accept God's offer, like signing a contract. It is very simple, and for many people apparently it seems to be too simple. If God had no interest in informing the choice, He would have issued one sentence demanding (or asking for) your alliegiance. Si...
