I take it that you are a great fan of Friedrich Nietzsche.Mobius wrote:There is no "good" or "evil". These are simply subjective constructs within human brains. Nothing is inherently good or bad - things just ARE.

Re: Ron Paul: A smart man, with a smart message.
Why? Isn't the point of libertarianism to solidify democracy by allowing individuals personal autonomy instead of prying into and somehow controlling every aspect of their lives? Democratic Statism is a far more apt oxymoron.Dedman wrote:That is an oxymoron if I have ever seen one.Mobius wrote:democratic libertarian

I go with the 9-11 numbers and vote Saudi Arabia, the country who always gets a pass. More 9-11 hijackers were Saudi than anything else. Besides, through what means does a will become corrupt to begin with? Some sort of appeal to metaphysics? Probably simple savagery. I mean, most things listed as corrupt are simply caused by a focus on short term physical pleasures, generally those that have likely negative long-term consequences, ...

I'm thinking that maybe predisposition may not necessarily be the best word. I would suggest knowledge and forethought instead. For example, if one knew every consequence of every action that one could do, then logically they would pick the action with the best overall consequence, assuming that the...

While I am fully aware of what happened with Hitler and the other European powers, I would not support a war with Iran right now as it is poor strategy given the available resources—or lack thereof. If the rest of the world joins in, then there is a chance, but otherwise it's not worth it at the mom...

You'd have to be delusional to trust Apple. iTunes is loaded to the gills with DRM. Actually Vista supports OpenGL like its native D3D. In fact, Microsoft has said that in vista openGl will run better than its own API. It has full support I was a beta tester for that. Diedel would you be making all primarys available in D2X-XL (like the secondarys were), or do you need to work them on a per weapon/item basis? I don't see why it would be as important. Don't forget, the primary weapons are exclusively powerups, though I suppose that you could try remodeling the sh...

Diedel, if you ever want to try out soft shadows, This site seems to have a lot of information. It may also have info on efficient stencil shadows, but I haven't looked for it. Either way, I just thought I'd let you know, even if it is just for more information on shadow rendering in general.

I meant from a personal security standpoint. Af...

At the end of high school, the average person still has over 50% of their post-pubescent life to get laid before they are married. To back this up, googling for a few studies shows that about 50% of high school students are still virgins. Well, that improves the odds dramatically. I can handle 1 in...
