Let me tell you something else. If you can't come up with a name for your work yourself, it doesn't leave much to think of your inspiration, creativity and initiative. You say you've been trying to figure out ideas and projects for the last two years, yet you still didn't even come up with a name? A...

If you want to go into the game developing industry, go to an established company that is hiring and apply for a job! Some of them have very interesting and challenging openin...

I'd stay away from such clubs. Mensa may be worldwide, I just don't like the idea that the intellectual elite should troup together just because it makes them feel better about themselves. Mensa has no other purpose than give you a member card and an opportunity to meet new people. The former is irr...

Mensa sucks. They're a bunch of self-centered people who have no life and so join Mensa. Not all people even seem intelligent there. I met members of Mensa twice, and after some serious conversation they were all over me with reasons to join their club, oooh, because they were impressed by my speech...

It's not NAT related, otherwise you wouldn't be able to play because though you have only one game client per IP address, it still gets NAT'ed by the router. It must be that the game server doesn't like you accessing twice from the same IP, for other reasons than NAT. If you were to run two clients ...

Vander has the easiest solution. If you're a bit of a tech head, you could sell the routers on ebay, buy an old (~200MHz) machine and have some spare cash, put in three NICs and installing a linux distro. From there, you can define which packets have to be routed over which interface, thereby effect...

Here's some nostalgia

Okay, I got really bored last night, so I took a couple of pics from my broadband router. Behold! Worship the raw computational power of this beast! It's a 486 running a low-profile linux distro with basically only NAT and routing in the kernel. There's no harddrive (well there is, but it's not conn...

Yeah, I was thinking along those lines as well. This wouldn't be a trick in the FTP server, but in windows and/or the filesystem.

I was thinking about mounting the volume on which your MP3s are onto a folder instead of a driveletter, but this is obviously better.

Flying on Bagdad Airport is quite more risky than say, Heathrow in London or Orly in Paris.

Also, consider the amount of planes taking off each minute. They all don't get fired upon, are they? Half a million bucks for each plane is a lot of money, I'm sure there are better ways to spend it.
