Just noticed that when you are firing a primary weapon, some walls nearby become semi-transparent.

I just tried in .73 but managed to reproduce it. And before I upgraded to .73, I checked and I didn't have fast respawn enabled on both systems. Try continuously firing using a primary weapon like the Gauss cannon, even lasers until the ship blows up and gives up whatever they had on board their ship.

I tried that, but it won't detect the cd from my secondary cdrom drive (it's actually just a virtual cdrom drive where I mount my d2 cd image). Is it possible to have d2x-xl search a specific drive letter for the Descent 2 CD? Let's say instead of Drive D, I could set it to search drive E.
