Corporate control is directly proportional to the size of the government. If you want less corporate control, vote for smaller government (e.g. less regulation, less social programs, etc).

Re:

I've proposed a compromise. ANYONE can vote, as long as you are NOT taking any money from a government program. (excluding salaries). This covers welfare for both the rich AND the poor. If you are on the government dole, whether it be food stamps or corporate welfare, then you can't vote until you ...

Re:

It has nothing to do with being an ass or me pushing my beliefs onto a person, but everything to do with common sense and simple courtesy. I don't think either party should have a super majority.

I also don't think people who don't own property should vote.

It's a little silly to think that the people we've been at war with for over 200 years need excuses to hate us. History has pretty clearly demonstrated that appeasement doesn't resolve the issue, so why care if we upset them more?

That was a long long time ago. skunk - the memorial page sounds fascinating... I wish I had screenshots or...

That's a great list -- thank you!

Does anyone remember some of the levels we frequently used for ladder matches back in the late D1 & early D2 years?

Thanks.
