Blue Mars

The European Space Agency's Mars Express orbiter is sending back interesting colored images. The question in this image...does the blue reflect water or growth...or is it a color filter problem.

Just go to the local court house and ask the nice lady behind the desk how to start the process going. I usually opt for a cop to deliver the summons. Makes for a much better impact. Probably just a form to fill out and a small fee. Court will take care of things there on. Don't procastrinate. Scamm...

Small claims is where you go to court and no atty's are involved. Judge hears from both sides, then makes a determination. There is a limit monetarily that you can sue for. Here in MI it is something like $1,700.00.

Birdy, you may want to check on the p.o.box rental place and see what liability they have for allowing their box holder to have a package sent to the p.o.box rental companies main address and signing for it. Perhaps if you had know you were shipping to a p.o.box you may have been a little more suspe...

Listening to the Dems debate tonight, I got torked when Kuchini (sp) brought up Bush and NAFTA in the same breath. Did someone forget to tell him it was Clinton that signed NAFTA into effect? Did he forget Perots prophesy about the big sucking sound of jobs leaving this country. Now NAFTA is being p...

Somehow HD, you have to understand a bomb on a airliner is no joking matter. To even say you have one as a "joke" shows in-of-itself that you may be a potentially unstable individual and thus given the sheeps hook.

So what has this story got to do with lax security? Her statement pretty much sums up her problem:

"Asked what was she thinking when she made the bomb claim, the student replied: "I wasn't thinking, that was my problem."

And HD, the pejorative "pig" is so 60's

Suncho brings up an interesting evolutionary example. To expand we can look at fish and see their scales are pointed (or overlapped) towards the back so the fish flows more efficiently through the water. Birds feathers are also another in line example.
