It wasn't as bad as The League. It was a good action movie-- it's one of those movies you should go to see for the action, not the plot. I felt entertained. I wasn't given a new worldview or philosophical dogma, nor was there any conversation about the movie's implications to real life immediately f...

and try picking up an AIM like 4.4 or 4.8.
They aren't all that bad.

I'm fully aware of the concept, despite your cryptic responses! But my concern is that the image quality (on what I would assume to be on a large scale, if not, what's the point!) could dramatically flip back and forth during gameplay and look quite queer (see my first post). It appeared as if you a...

Jeff250, My problem is that I created the webpage using FrontPage 3 years ago and I can't figure out from looking at the html for it what is what. I see three or four widths and heights. Can't tell which one if any is for the whole table. Any suggestions as to what I should be looking for? Yes, loo...

Your difficulty reading sites with % widths would explain your difficulties with the DBB. ;) But, seriously, the reasons you stated are exactly why I *would* recommend %'s. As you said, most people (myself included) browse in a window size that is most comfortable to them to begin with, so dynamic w...

It's not that FSAA is doubling, but instead the method of FSAA changes from a straightforward one to one with source pixels moving around so that the picture is cooler looking or something. In that case, that seems like an even worse scenario! One can only reap the benefits of increased FPS so long...

This doesn't really impress me off hand, but I don't keep up with the techno limbo. If you're getting 60+ FPS, couldn't you stand to lose the performance of upping the FSAA another notch anyways? Without having to deal with your levels of FSAA doubling and halving back and forth during gameplay? Sor...

Jeff250, I'm not really following your logic, and if you want the biggest sponsor and originator of the Sept. 11th attack, I believe it is Saudi Arabia. No, I've never mentioned that. You keep pointing out specific issues and saying that X country would be a better candidate than country Y. Even so...

Jeff sees a full-scale islam vs west war coming on. And who knows, he may be right. But that doesn't make it farsighted and wise to take steps likely to instigate such a war in the hopes that it might prevent it. It's a fallacy to equate Islam with the political manipulation of it in the Middle Eas...
