i would love one as well, but if i only got the flashed chip that i need, then i could potentially get everything else and solder it myself

so, is there any word on maybe making a do it yourself guide for those who want to do it themselves and purchase a pre-programmed chip? i'm more than willing to do this project myself, just dont know how to flash the chip, and i dont think i have the proper tools to do so either

eh, i have an old school FFP and it has a power cable and one that hooks up the the comp.. when only the power is plugged in, i grab the stick and it centers right away.. dunno if you have that kind of stick, but if it has separate power, it should at least center

just outta curiosity, where does the gameport go exactly? sorry if it's like.. right in front of my face =P

if you could show a picture of top/bottom of a soldered board, i'd be find soldering myself.. that's not a problem for me in the least

now, i'm sure i could follow the schematic pdf that you provided.. but do you maybe have a little be easier to follow one? i'm sure there may be some who would like to build it who might not be able to follow that 100% and according to the bom.txt, the price for all the parts, or most of them, would...

so long as i got a schematic as to where all the different components go on the board, i could put it together, it would be a good project when i am bored =P

and as for programming those chips, would it just be the individual chip? and then we'd assemble them?

well, i originally didnt care a whole lot if i had full FF on my stick.. and when you do plug the power in, it does provide some resistance.. so it's not all bad.. i'd just like one so i dont have to go buy a new joystick =P
