Because we have to acknowledge that a percentage of our inmates actually are innocent. Knowing this we can't just kill everyone with a life sentence.

If the system was perfect at deciding who's guilty we'd just shoot everyone in the face for rape.

After looking at images online it was a draw between the fighterstick and the combatstick (which LOOK almost the same). The flightstick pics i saw didn't have that natural shape that made the others look more comfortable. If i were to buy any of them, i would try them out first at Fry's electroincs ...
