Playing an anarchy game with BigFlopyDonkeyDick where we called ourselves Left Nut and Right Nut. Two tanks in a small level, don't recall the name of it, just slaghtering everyone else. I racked up 50 kills in just under 7 minutes. Too much fun.

Woodchip, they have flying lawnmowers, I hardly think a Pyro would be any more difficult to get airborne than that.

OK, I need to know right now, will D3 run on Windows XP x64 edition? If not I will need to put in a separate partition for windows 98 Plus on one of my hard drives. I'll already be using 2 separate OS's for my rig, both Windows XP x64, but one will be about 40GB for Office and other programs like it...

OK, so the BenQ 1640 was out of stock when I ordered it, but Zipzoomfly didn't bother to tell me that until a week later when all my parts had arrived except for that one. I've now ordered the Plextor 716SA DVD-RW to replace it, with a black bezel to match the rest of my machine. My X-Fi should also...

I had considered using a pair of 74GB Raptors for the OS, and at least 250GB for a back up drive.

I want to have both a DVDRW and a CDRW/DVD-ROM so that I can burn DVDs without having to use the hard drive, a more direct approach to it.

Buy it or Build it?

I'm going to be purchasing a new gaming rig in the next month or so, and I'm trying to decide if I should buy one from a small vendor like Alienware or Polywell, or if I should attempt to build one. I've actually been doing a lot of research on this lately, and I've found that Polywell has a pretty damn good price for high end systems. Falcon is overpriced, as is VooDoo. Alienware is cheaper than either one of those companies, and has a reputation among pc magazines as being better. Monarch rec...

Is this game dead in the water? I haven't seen anything from the High Octane boys in weeks, not even an update on their website.

Is it finally time to become a ground pounder?
