OK, what does mincome enable, in your opinion?
It will enable companies to get rid of the workforce without feeling the pain of losing them as customers.

Re: a bit of analysis

Yea, sure go right on concentrating on the distractions, and ignore the real problem being that labor is what backs the current monetary system.

hey, I'm all for giving up work...as soon as someone gives me the exact breakdown on the replacement system looks like.

LOL, I was under the impression that they made a new Fantastic Four movie just so they could make the Human Torch a black guy, and juxtapose him to a cute white girl just to piss off old white guys.

This issue is always loaded with strawmen, it’s not about whether people will want to work or not, and other such things…it’s about how a system where there is absolutely nothing left to backup currency can function at all, and things more along that line. I will stick to my argument that a mincome ...

One would think this country is a bastion of fascism the way the sore loser left has been depicting things since the election.

This position might make you feel good now, but it’s not going to do you any good in the long run.

It’s funny…

When somebody says "it’s cold how can there be global warming"…everyone yells “you idiot, the weather is local”.

But when someone says “whew it’s hot, must be global warming” everyone says “yup yup…global warming”.

It’s the demand for cheap goods that creates the demand for cheap labor, it’s the person who is always looking for a bargain that devalues your labor.

Boomers didn’t create “economic stratification” I’m pretty sure that pre-existed that generation, and many before them. Except fission is not fusion...

Fission has a tremendous amount of stored energy to burn...so to speak...fusion does not.

Oh, and by the way, fusion does not change the “state” of matter…that’s an easy task.

I wasn’t speaking in terms of thermodynamics, just in simpler terms of energy in vs. energy out. Same with fission, we get the energy out that was stored in the material eons ago by exp...
