You could use Bubbalou's model as reference as well. He's made a few added features to his model too. Such as a cockpit and a pilot model.

ummm.. someone change something with the link to the main index page? When the page loads it's automatically taking me down to about the Descent Dev forum. This happens with IE and FF. Someone has spent a lot of time in the Descent 2 code. Yes indeed. :) Just have to get my banking set properly on the old Sidewinder Precision Pro 2. :) If you haven't done so already? Go into the "configure" menu and select "controls". Then select "configure joystick"...

Yeah, they are stationary as well.... floating rather, but they don't pack much of a punch as far as fire power goes.

Descent3 has a laser turret called a "Gunboy". It targets nearby enemies and fires upon them.

It looks like a round ball and when deployed it splits open and a small turret is revealed in the center of it.

Please note that the colors used should not be abusive in nature. (abusive in nature - will be decided on a case by case basis by the mod/admin of the DescentBB Isaac ^^ I find your sig abusive in nature do to the texts size being too small making my eyes hurt from squinting plus the colors are too...

Ok... here ya go. Just a quick render.

The image background is transparent and has a shadow effect in the text. Doesn't show up on a black background because I did away with the outlines for the shadows.

hummm... The link to KB's website opened in a new tab, but why didn't this one do the same? EDIT: Well I ended up using Krom's suggestion. It works too, but if click on New Post, New Reply, PM, Quote or even Edit (pretty much anything with a link). They will be opened in a new tab.... Doh! Not sure ...
