Temps are fine. It idles around 39C and at load it hits 46C. I'm gonna try one more increment up in voltage and see if that solves the problem.

Ok, finally got around to overclocking it some more. I've got it running at 10*240, but it would only run Prime95 Torture Test for 12 minutes at stock voltage. So I put the voltage at 1.525 and it ran for 26 minutes. Should I go to 1.550V or just back it down some?

You do relize that the OS you are ordering is not an OS at all right? License only means there are no disks. However, if you already have a XP install disk then you are fine. I did that same experiment in physics this year. The book used a comb with all but 2 spaces and one tooth covered with electric tape. Worked pretty well. Pretty awesome stuff.
