Syntax coloring for user-defined keywords in VS 2005

It's simple to add user-defined keywords to Visual Studio 6, 7, and 8 through use of the usertype.dat file. In v6 you can set an alternate color for these keywords with Tools->Options->Format->All WIndows->User Defined Keywords. However, for the life of me, I cannot seem to find the mechanism in v8 ...

Why? I do it because it pisses her off and her daddy doesn't like for her to play with mean old people like me. I play D3 for pure fun and when she comes into a level she starts ranting about .COM versus .NET stuff and all of her other opinions. I find it annoying ... kind of like a little gnat flyi...

Thanks Mobius, I have dloaded the demo and I am experimenting with it. It looks pretty good so far. I really like the ability to sketch and extrude walls and stuff.
