CPA's don't have to do taxes. You can if you want to but you don't have to. My Aunt is a CPA and a controller for a small candy company is San Francisco. She doesn't do her company's taxes.

If you are interested in getting your CPA then you can get a job as a controller of a company. That can be a frustrating but rewarding job.

I'm not an accountant, but I had to take a few accounting classes while getting my MBA. They were nothing like excel. How are you at memorizing seemingly random rules? That's what accounting was like for me. You'd think it was just adding and subtracting but it isn't. I would suggest picking up an a...

Good question Woody. I don't have an answer for you.

I've wondered the same thing about prostitution vs pornography. In both cases someone is getting paid to have sex. The only difference I can see is that with pornography there's a camera involved.

No, I'm not worried. It will do what it will do and my family and I will be ok. It may be painful for a while but that will only make us stronger. Besides, I have bigger things to worry about; like raising two kids so they'll be good people.

I think it's hilarious that there has been banner ads on TV for the past 6 months or so warning people about the switch over. It's almost like the gubment has a vested interest in all of us staying hooked on TV.

There's a conspiracy theory in there somewhere.

As for health costs, I don't think employers should be mandated to pay. However, if a company wants to be competitive from the stand point of attracting quality employees, they would do well to offer some kind of health care. That is the free market place at work. It's a beautiful thing.

3 wheelers aren't as dangerous as 60 minutes made them out to be. While it's true that they aren't as stable as a quad, they don't spontaneously tip over and kill the rider. There is a technique to riding them. They definitely aren't for the motards out there.
