I can hack it !
I used the last line of Cowboy's dialog from Full Metal Jacket in a Monster Ball game the other day when the teams where 3 to 1. Cowboy is shot and right before he dies he says " I can Hack it! ". I am worried some think I was talking about cheating; some players left right after. I just w...

3DS Max5
I was working in 3DS Max5 and lost the right click options in the viewports. I am not able to disable a view option like Rotate with a right click; if I left click the select icon in the toolbar it will deselect Rotate. I also can't right click to get the quad menus. Right click will work on the loc...

LegendLength in the DVD edition of UT2K4 there is a step by step instruction VTM to extend a class in UT2K4 to create a new vehicle. The Raptor just needs tweaking. It will be done one day. If you can mod please go for it. I don't need D4; just get me in the air in a 360 degree-6DOF Raptor. Oh, with...

WarAdvocat, CPAP does work for most people most of the time by holding open the airway with air pressure. My question is does the pressurized Sleep Sanctuary effect the airway the same as a CPAP system? Local vs. Global thanks Lothar. I did the rough work on the chamber with 3DS last night. I would ...

Will, they cut a hole in your throat to let air in. They also cut stuff out of the throat to make the opening bigger. They burn the lining of your throat to make it stiffer. I would rather sleep in a box. Actually inhaling creates lower pressure in the airway causing the apnea event; vacuum effect o...

kufyit, seriously the link is to a picture of the controller I put together from a Gravis Game Pad Pro and a couple of push and hold buttons. The foot switches lets me keep my fingers on the keys at all time. I only have to twitch; no searching for the key I need. Rocker type: right toe- roll right,...

Danger! Will, reread my first posting. I will use a Gamow Bag (Google it) in about a week. Needed to get a medical prescription from my doctor to rent one and couldn't do that until I filed my patent. Just trying to see why nobody thought of this yet. Looks like the concepts are not as clear to all....

And I'm getting some thanks DBBers. Tricord the treatment that Duper is talking about is called CPAP; Continuos Positive Air Pressure. CPAP does not work because of a pressure difference but because of the higher absolute static pressure it induces in the airway by making a seal around your mouth an...

Lothar, let me try another time with words first. Just started with Maya and it would take forever. All I am doing is taking and putting the mask of the CPAP system all around the patient not just up to their face. So will the pressure on the outside of the patient negate the pressure induced in the...

Duper the CPAP system actually does pressurizes the air way. That is why you can't have any leaks. Mobius come on work with me here. Will the effect of the increase in static pressure in the airway created by the CPAP system be the same as the effect of creating an increase in static air pressure in...

Come on focus
Mobius ambient air pressure does keep most peoples airway open. Only about 6% are OSA suffers and they just have looser tissue in their throat and need more air pressure to keep it open. If you put the OSA patient in a chamber and increase the air pressure in the chamber you increase the static air ...

Tricord it is the absolute static pressure present in the airway that is responsible for holding open the floppy walls of the airway of a OSA patent not the difference in and outside the body. You seeing the pressure inside the body cavity system of mouth windpipe and lungs equalizing with ambient p...

Pipe Dream to Patent
Pipe Dream to Patent I am looking for some feedback on a treatment option I am considering for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I want to modify the current CPAP treatment. During this treatment a 20 cm water column positive air pressure is created in the airway by connecting the patient to a compressor via...

I like it
Firefly is the nonconformist individual; honorable thieves and hookers against the Alliance out in the new frontier of terraformed worlds. Too ideologically risqué for USA broadcast TV. DVD sold so well a movie to wrap the story up is in the works:)
Ver?
The PS2 would have to have a link port. I think some of the first units had a link port but heard it was discontinued. Both units need a link port and you need a link cable. When the units are connected the combat menue can be used. Multi-Player 1 ON 1 fun can then begin:)
Combat Mode
If you linked two PS you got access to the combat menu. Multi-player with my boy was very fun. He had no trouble beating me with those controlers. Got my first computer to play Descent3 multi. But now I tri-cord with my feet and he doesn't have a chance. Ha, Ha, Ha KaBoom!
