Usually levels are decided before each match in chat BAAL. There will be several 1v1 servers up for the competition that day, the contestants pick which one before each match.

Are you willing to do what it takes to make #1 diamond for 1v1 and 2v2, even if you aren't good enough at present to do it? If that's your attitude, then I'll add you. Otherwise, there are tons of people in Platinum 1v1 to choose from for 2v2
