Hey Descent 3 pilots, this week we will be playing some CTF and Monsterball!

Date: Friday, May 20th
Time: 9:00 pm EST
Place: CTF Halcyon
& Monsterball Circuit Breaker

We will start the night out with CTF in Halcyon, followed by Monsterball in Circuit Breaker.

I think I should also mention that many of us like to meet on Mumble in the Descent Rangers channel, and whoever plays is more than welcome to join us!

We don't always use it strategically; sometimes it's just to taunt each other and have fun. But it makes it easier to keep track of what is going on.

These games can be found using the Descent trackers (such as http://www.descentservers.net/index.php?show=d3_server), but I will also provide IP addresses later on.

Please let me know if you plan to make it; I like having an idea of how many pilots are coming so I can lure more pilots in with the numbers.

Prepare for Descent!

We had 9 pilots in Halcyon this time, and you really don't want many more than that in such a small level. We played CTF for 2 hours in there and had some good fun. The teams were a little, ehhhh... unbalanced skill-wise. Looking back I should have switched teams with my younger brother to try to even it out. He wasn't happy afterwards.
Fly and learn.

I had to call it a night after CTF and head out early, but the rest of the gang moved over to Burning Indika 3 for the remainder of the night. Seems to be a favorite after party spot.
