Kali-fix solves port-problem.not here.

Post by Do_Checkor »

Question: After I read that KALI got out a fix, i downloaded, registered and installed the software.

It is running good. I can see the D3-Servers and got into the chats.

But when I tried to access a server (217.160.167.30:2094) I got an error-msg.

Did the update work for you?

The update fixed the problem of Kali chopping off the port number of each server, causing it to automatically select another server at the same IP address. It's working fine for me right now. What's the exact error message you're getting?

I can see the servers too. I didn't get the problem on all servers,...

The error msg is:

--------------------------------
Error
Illegal Command
(((((((((((((((((((((((((((
Line 1.
--------------------------------

I FIXED the problem myself:

I had a "-useport 2096" in my commandline - seems that THAT caused the error. I deleted that tag in the KALI-D3-Settings and now everything works just fine.

Thank you guys and thank you Jay Cotton!
