Assuredly this will be something I am easily missing.
How do I makes mouse turn the ship? It looks up and down but I can't find a way to make it turn. I went into config and se where it would seem to happen but since swiping the mouse isn't a button I can't seem to make it work.

It appears that the game isnt recognizing that I am using the X axis. When i configure the pitch or any movement i can swipe the mouse up and down and it will use the y axis there. But when I try to use the left right swipe in configure it wont set it to any movement. Making me think that it doesnt see its happening. I can move the mouse cursor around in a menu which is odd. Please help I want to play so badly!!

Which game?

If it's Descent3, check the x-axis sensitivity. It might be turned down to zero. Also, make sure that the control is bound to the x-axis, not the z-axis or r-axis.

I had the sensitivity set to 0 on x axis.
When i first tried mouse look it was so fast i lowered it. I suppose i didnt notice I changed it to 0.
