Warp Shocwave

Post by Escorter »

When I played the amazing Warp Shockwave, I noticed something in the first level: when I try to open the GB menu, it says: "No guidebot present in mine". But I discovered a green GuideBot behind a fence in the room with the mini boss. What's that little green GB? I never see him in D2...

In Descent 2: Vertigo, the dark green GB is the called the Evil Twin. It looks like a GB, but it's hostile and will attack you.

Though as an enemy, it shouldn't be that big of a deal--it's weak and doesn't like to move around a lot, (not last I checked) so I think it's only there to trick you into thinking it's the real thing.

I guess my memory is hazy then. The Evil Twin can be destroyed though, quite easily, if you're bored. :P

Green Guidebot = Evil Twin. Maybe it's just the green guidebot's polymodel.

It's an Evil Twin. There are no Guidebots in Warp Shockwave.
