D1 and D2 Missions Database Upgrade

FYI, no longer do you have to download large mission packs for D1 and D2 to get the one mission you're looking for. I just upgraded the D1 and D2 missions to be searchable and sortable!

good heavens.. you have my old multiplayer maps ... "Argon Wire Whip"... 0_o Where on earth did you find these levels? Those were from way back in the KB sponsored level contest...

Nice job btw. I like the drop-down menus. 8)
