The problem is it's not particularly funny. It might be if anyone actually suggested finding IS people employment in the first place, but they've already got plenty to do, thank you very much - it's just that one of the job's performance metrics is numbers of crimes against humanity committed.

I wouldn't exactly say it's in bad taste considering these people would very gladly kill me given half the chance, but I think the artist was trying to be vindictive more than funny. It's a very serious subject anyway.

I'm certainly not laughing.

Despite the fact that many buyers wanted to buy this board, the store withdrew these products from sale after indignation the press Secretary of the Embassy of the USA in Russia William Stevens. It's a pity :)

TG, if you have not heard before, that I said, in Russia there are no problems of racism, because here is blacks like penguins in the Arctic. Here is a black on the street it is an outlandish miracle. So of course it's fun for us. The authorities reacted respectfully to the disgust of the representative of the American Embassy, although for the majority of Russians, his indignation is perceived as ridiculous nonsense.

"There are no minorities here, so we can't possibly be racist!" Dear lord your country is a shithole.

That is, if in some country there are almost no blacks and LGBT people, the only reason this country is ★■◆●. I admire the American logic.
Listen, dear, people who see blacks only on TV, don't understand the meaning of the word racism.

I suspect it's mainly an ear size caricature. It's probably not getting at "blacks = chimps", although it can be taken that way.

There weren't many people of African descent in New Zealand (where I grew up) either... that didn't make black jokes OK there, although there would probably not be any particular prejudice or malicious intent behind them. I'd guess it'd be similar in Russia.

THEE new bromance (translation: A bromance is a close, emotionally intense, non-sexual bond between two men.) So if Trump gets elected, our 2 countries might soon have cordial relations for the first time sigma. :P

Add: Actually, I do not really understand why in order for the United States began to respect Russia, it is necessary to demonstrate not only a smile, but also a gun.

There's nothing TO understand. Americans like to smile and show their guns to everyone. It must be a male thing. :P

Here carrying of any arms a sign of fear or criminal intent. Although, of course, there are exceptions in some regions.
And the Russian smile or express sincere sympathy or mockery. Russians rarely smile not because things are bad, but because the smile is of great importance. While in the U.S., it seems, the smile means absolutely nothing, but the weapon is an undeniable argument for respect )
What we have different views and values...

Here, even a smile can hide treachery. But I think that's a normal human trait everywhere, when a person wants to steal from somebody, they gain their trust by smiling at them. I've also noticed a common trend in Russia that's now gaining popularity here. Dash cams.

I made an edit to my previous post sigma. As to s**t here everywhere, it can't be all that bad when so many people seem to want to come here.

Of course, life in the United States certainly has a lot of advantages in comparison with Russia. For example, when I watch the documentary video which was recorded ordinary Americans on their portable video cameras in their everyday life, it reminds me of life in the Soviet Union. In modern Russia lives more like the lives of animals in the wild forest. This is both good and bad.
Bad because people become more and more individualists.
Good, because here is much more freedom than in the U.S., in my opinion. In the US, too many restrictions and control over the people. This is a beautiful zoo, if you allow such a comparison.
Here we are in the wild forest. We can afford a lot of that is strictly forbidden in the United States or Europe. We get used to it since birth and we like it.

Our form of "wild west" is a bunch white supremacist militias with a hatred of our government and all things not white European male, going around brandishing guns and calling it freedom, taking over public property and touting the Constitution as the reason they can do it and no one in law enforcement has the balls to do anything about it. Personally, I'm not fond of social chaos and lawbreaking anarchists. Russia sounds too chaotic and wild west for my taste, but if it works for you sigma.......

How Russians get a cat out of a tree.

How Americans get a cat out of a tree.

You missed the joke sigma. The Russian cat saviors took out the neighborhood's electrical power while trying to rescue the cat. It looks like the cat got a little electrical shock while stepping on the wires too. Almost an epic fail.

I hadn't thought that a cat would crawl into a cat carrier hoisted up into a tree either. That's a novel idea, as long as the cat actually goes inside and stays there until it's lowered to the ground. Who knew?

Maybe we will not start talking about what's going on in American families after the American adoptive parents have adopted children from other countries?
