Goodbye...

Post by SirWinner »

Was great knowing you all.

I wish you all well.

Not likely for me to be back to Descent... So it is time to wish you all well in life.

We all have opinions and we must let each other have the right to agree or disagree.

I choose to disagree without being disagreeable.

My wish is that you all have a wonderful life.

As a Texan, I'll put the Oklahoma jokes aside for a minute.

OK, so, what? Some said something mean now you're running away? Is there something I'm missing?

Don't have much time for Descent related things any more.

Part of this is being 58 years old... I need to focus on other things like my grown up daughter (age 21), etc.

This is a great community of people from all walks of life and all sorts of ways of thinking about things.

Gaming is still wonderful just don't have much time for it as I used to have.

Best Wishes to you all!

You're younger than me, slightly, so you're not old!

But yes, I know how you feel SirWinner. The passage of time seems to be getting shorter and more valuable as we get older. We oldsters need to find time for the really important and precious things in life, so we invariably have to prioritize. However, please feel free to come back here once in awhile and share what's going on in your life when you're bored. Most of us will probably still be here and will remember you......until we move on, or we're gone from this earth.

Well, at least I hope you will be able to try to Descent: Underground at its release, even if it's just a bit of it. ;)

Take care and be happy SirWinner, I wish the best for you! :D

Thank you all for the kindest of thoughts.

As time permits, I may get to visit occasionally... but Life has a way of making us reprioritize things as we get older.

Facing Age 60 in late February 2017... That just doesn't seem possible.

Fare thee well my friends and my fellow Descent'ers!
