I've been thinking a lot about the weakest link within D3. Countermeasures. I would actually like to mod them a bit. Make proximity mines, into D1/2 style Proximity Bombs and maybe modify some of the other weapons. However, I noticed that the ammo count for countermeasures seems to be extremely high. You can go up to like 30 if I remember right. I would like to lower the count to something between 8 and 10 for each countermeasure. Then just make better countermeasures that are actually useful! :)


Anyone know how to lower the ammo count? I suspect it to be hard-coded into the game somehow. :\\ I'd like to just lower the count for ALL of them.

30 is how much you get of each countermeasure when using the weapons cheat. :)

IIRC the normal maximum is 12 for every countermeasure except the
Gunboy, of which you can carry only 4. Maybe just 9 seeker mines, dunno.
