Ban because of alias theft and file hacking

In short:
Hacking Descent files is not allowed.
Hacking Descent pilot files might result into bans (from server operators)
Using other pilots' alias in more than 5 occasions (different pilots) resulted in the first ban for YEARS today.
Can I please get a message of acceptance that the above actions are not acceptable / will not be performed anymore?
I don't want to ban anyone - but this is clearly too much!
