If you are after cheap NICs you can get them here for 14 bucks each. They are not the fastest, but they are cheap and will out do any 10/100 nic

your just now getting gigabit

intel and linksys nics are better cause they support more standard's.

Rember u need to use Cat5e or Cat6 cableing, it works on Cat5 but theres to much cross talk

Incase anyone is interested, I got the nics today and they came with short (2U) PCI brackets, a nice addition.
