Descent 1 and playing net?

This may sound somewhat dumb, but how does one play Descent 1 over the internet? I'm not sure how to pull it off and I'd just like to solve that sometime. Thanks beforehand.

Kali or Kahn is the easiest method. Kali is $16-$20 (depending on your payment method), while Kahn is free, but doesn't work in the NT based systems.
