I'm really glad that you're a big fan of D2/ D2x-w32! As am I. You'ld have to be to do all this! hehe :lol:

The real problem was that the guy who had implemented saving/reading the framecap to/from config file had chosen to write/read a single byte, while the variable was declared int. D'oh. Can you say 'stoopid'? :P

Diedel: Would it be possible to fix the framecap bug in D1x? At least on my systems, D1x is capped at 50 FPS, just like D2x was capped at 76 before you fixed it (great job!). since a lot of D2x was moved directly over from D1x, maybe the same bug got propigated?
Does anyone else see this framecap in D1x_oglmw?

Chances I'll ever touch D1X are slim - about 0.1 nm. ;)
