That name does ring a bell, maybe I've seen some more of his speedruns or something.

Yeah, he's on my OTL team. Also did speedruns at GDQ for D1 and Overload, although he's probably better-known by more people for running Crypt of the Necrodancer and Cadence of Hyrule. He wasn't really active in the Descent community until well after the DBB's heyday though.
