The protein of doooooom...

Post by Drakona » Wed Sep 08, 2004 12:55 am

A day or so ago, my system started working on this really, really huge protein. At least, that's what the picture looks like.

I laughed out loud when I saw it! Is this just something that happens from time to time or what?

well, if you normally run the graphical client, you'll notice that most of your proteins tend to fit very nicely in the little window. Here she has one that so totally overwhelmed the window that you couldn't make out any semblance of structure.

No. A desktop a piece. Nearly identical, though mine has more RAM and his has a faster CPU.

Why?

Just curious is all. You are so far ahead of him I guessed that maybe he was using the old laptop to fold with.

I started folding yesterday afternoon. I'd been on SETI up until then.
