LOL! I know about EO's rankings and it's a good way to see your status against the pther teams. However, it is ALWAYS out of sync with the official scores ...

1029 it is ...

Actually, I think its the stanford site that is out of sync. I cant tell you how many times I've watched WU's turned in and not get upfated on that site for over an hour.

Im thinking the overclock site grabs data faster from the stanford servers then the stanford site replicates.

LOL phone huh?... lol Well.. it's not a dog ate my homework excuse, but it'll have to do :D

oh yea, 957!

So I was just looking at this list and if everyone can stay devoted to this here on the team, we actually have enough to get into the top 100. It would take almost a year, but it could be done. :)

And with me adding a dually to the fold and some of the others as well, we could get there sooner.

I think we need to go on a computer recrutement. Meaning we take over everyones PC we know :)

just take Ace's brain, stick a couple of needles in it, hook it up to the internet, and you should break the top 50 in about six months, using all thoses wasted neurons in that skull of his.

We all know he doesn't use it that much.

We're at 954 or 973 depending who you want to look at and we're moving at light speed compared to all the other teams. WHOO HOO.

My main box was off for a few days cuz I pooched it trying to do some tweaks. So I reinstalled F@H and started it again. It's sitting there after about 20 minutes saying it's completed 0 of 10M steps, but maybe that's because I told it to work on larger file sizes. Hope it's working. My little box keeps plugging along. So far done 158 frames. Don't know when it will finish.

Anyway, rock on team. This kinda makes me think about what Armstrong said on the Moon about one small step for man, one giant leap for humanity. Or something like that.

Our 24 hour points average is roughly 4950. Based on this rate and the fact that only about 80 of the top 100 teams have a daily rate this high, we should be able to reach 80 to 100 and stabilize there in around 235 to 325 days.

Almost a year?
Bleh, more systems!
We need MORE POWER!

Posted: Wed Sep 15, 2004 6:36 pm
by Lothar
Well... by the time another year rolls around, there will probably be more teams with similarly high rates. The question is, will we keep upping ours? If so, we'll sit well over #100. If not, we'll probably stabilize around #120.

Nice, we just went from light blue to blue in color (were doing over 5000 points a day) Good job guys

Hidden Ninja is creapin up on us though. Lets keep our eyes on them

yeah, I've been watching Hidden Ninja... we passed them about 5 days ago, and then they had a quick jump in their unit production from 3000 to 5500. We've settled in right around 5000, so they'll creep up slowly if we don't up production a little.

The bad part about hidden ninja is they only have 12 users, so they must have some serious processing power.
