I dont see a PC-DL!!! Are they out of production now? Or does newegg just not carry them anymore?

If so, where can I find one, or, reccomend a suitible substitute board for the dual xeons.

Just out of curiosity ... What is the dualie mobo with the fastest FSB (AMD or Intel based) available?
