d2x-xl and midi under Linux

What needs to be done to get midi working with d2x-xl? I have the latest version of d2x-xl and a working version of Timidity with patches installed. Is there some sort of configuration or environment variables that need to be set up?

I would like to know that myself.

Edit:

Midi playback using SDL_mixer/Timidity on Linux did not work because I hadn't applied a bug fix that was presented here recently to the proper file. Have done so now. v1.5.128 now properly plays back midi music on Linux. Hooray!

Cool. It does work great!!! Now d2x-xl is more awesome than ever.
