No wonder the Republicans don't want to get rid of Trump. He's their slight of hand distraction. While Trump continually yells or tweets "squirrel" nearly every other day, Republicans are gleefully performing their machinations in the background, screwing the people who voted for them (and those who didn't), this time by deliberately eroding their rights as consumers and kissing the collective golden asses of Wall Street as Gods. They essentially voted to protect the poor ol' big banks from their evil little ol' customers and their evil little lawyers. Think about that Equifax breach and their gross ineptitude when they improperly handled your extremely valuable personal information the next time somewhere down the line, some crook takes your identity and takes you to the cleaners for pretty much forever. Or that Wells Fargo debacle where employees opened millions of sham accounts their customers never asked for, all at the behest of their higher ups just to make sales quotas. Now think about trying to deal with your bank the next time you or millions of other customers have an issue and having to deal with it with using arbitration as your only avenue of redress, while they can still protect their own asses by keeping their hoards of lawyers as counsel behind the scenes. So much for draining the swamp. The stench of Wall Street now absolutely reeks from within the halls of our own government.

Heh, heh. Took me awhile to dream that one up.

Not like the republicans need any distraction, rejecting reality and substituting their own seems to be the standard mindset for Trump and his base supporters.

The List, of what Congress has done so far and I think even this list is missing a few. It's those details buried within all these accomplishments that the average American needs to worry about.
