Thread control buttons not working.

The buttons for moderating a thread (delete, move, lock, split) lead to a 404 ..

fixed, one of those files modified and ready for the latest upgrades that the sql-update died on!

I got it moved when trying again w/ \"leave shadow topic\" unchecked.
