I should remind you that on this site none of us has a right to free speech because this is a privately owned and operated forum. While the US government largely can't come in and limit our speech, the private leadership of the forum is well within their rights to do so.
Meaning if you say something that could rekindle an old flame war that nobody wants to see, the moderators have every right to delete it. And getting into a fight with the moderator about it will not improve your chances of winning an appeal."
