So how do I use an avatar so that there is a picture to the left of my posts? I tried uploading one, but it said bmp not allowed. Okay, so I changed the extension to jpg (I tried png and gif too) and it said that I cannot upload a picture that is 0 pixels. The problem is that my picture is not 0 pixels. It is 121x81.

Just changing the extension doesn't change the image format, its still a bmp. You have to open it with mspaint or some other image editor, and save as an actual jpg file.

Oh, I see. I didn't know that renaming didn't change it. Now I know and thanks!
