UI bar

How do I get rid o' it?! I hate it when a bar covers text. (I hadn't noticed it until today.)

It is built into the theme, only way to make it not scroll with the page is to install a browser extension like stylish/stylus that lets you inject your own CSS into the page or override the defaults.

It's 30px tall. How is it a problem?

1. Got to a page full o' text.
2. Move the cursor over a link and leave it there.

Perhaps you need to investigate your browser add-ons.
