Same thing happend to me yesterday. After I posted a reply I clicked the link that will take you back to the thread instead of waiting for it to go automatically and got that error.

I just hit the back button and waited for it to load the thread automatically. Really didn't think much of it. First time I had ever seen it before and probably doesn't happen very often.

It's an Apache problem that has to do with miscommunication between the MIME handler and the actual PHP module. Nothing to worry about.
