How the midis or the CD Music(s) aren't working?

Give d2x "Midi Compatability" please

I have the code for this already from Thunderbird, but are somehow reluctant to add it, because I'd have to exchange SDL with SDL mixer, which has a lower release number, so I don't know whether it contains flaws that are fixed in SDL.
