GeForce 750 ti and PCI-E 2.0

OK, I do have this question:

I'm planning to buy a GeForce 750 or 750 ti for my computer.

I see on its requirements that it requires PCI-E 3.0, but I use a Sandy Bridge processor, so although my Motherboard supports 3.0 I can only use 2.0.
I know it's possible to use this 3.0 card on my 2.0 PCI-E slot, but the question is, how much it will be affected?
There will be any notorious performance issue or degrading if I connect this PCI-E 3.0 video card on a PCI-E 2.0 slot?

There will be virtually no measurable difference in performance. 3.0 may perform better if you run SLI, neglectable in most case tho.

There will be no measurable difference in performance at all, any benchmarks would fall within standard deviation regardless of if you were using 2.0 or 3.0 (or even if you were using 8 lanes instead of 16). For a single GPU, even if it was a extreme high end one like a Titan, there just isn't that much demand for PCIe bandwidth (assuming the GPU has sufficient onboard memory anyway, but if it doesn't have enough even PCIe 3.0 won't help that much).

OK, thanks a lot for clarifying that!

So it's time to go out and buy that card.
