Getting my old 3DPro to work in Windows 2000 running Descent

Descent 2 runs, but it says no joystick detected.

It's connected via Windows though.

Been a long time since I've played, I'm sure my efforts will be in vain. Those of you that remember me, uh, well, hi!

Windows 2000 Professional
Athlon XP 2200+
GeForce 4 Ti4200

Other than that I'd suggest you try D2X. Supposedly it has joystick support.

Can't get on ->D, it tells me I have the wrong tkey, even though I'm using my serial from when I first registered Kali over 6 years ago.

I have two serials, and Jay is like, not even around anymore I thought. Anyway, neither serial # will work. I can try to have SoM make me a fake one to see if that works, though.

lol@Skyler, you've been out of the loop for quite some time

Jay re-purchased the rights to Kali and since has been developing multiple additions to it. You need to update Kali to Kali II v2.610 by downloading the full installer on the Kali website. You'll have to re-setup your account info with serials and all, but I doubt you will have the TKey issue.

Hes starting to phase out 1.68 users I believe, since he is angry at the elitists still using it

. Trust me, I didn't want to update myself, but I did and noticed that Kali2 had come a long way from when it first came out and was a bloated peice of junk. He really tries his best to please everybody.
