You mean to sell it or build it? I'd assume you mean to sell it, in wich case you can probably just look up the current prices of those parts and then cut the total cost in half...

2100 is more than enough.

133 fsb for the 1700.

2700 for overclocking, of course I use 3200 with the same chip because I overclocked the FSB to 200 instead of the default 133. If hes not overclocking then 2100 will do fine.

Yep, and low latency PC2700 is dirt cheap, and will allow the tightest possible timings at low speeds. And we know that memory latency provides a good speed boost when tweaked.

Sorry I haven't replied, been away for a bit. I was going to sell it, but when I was taking it apart yesterday I found a copasitor on the motherboard blown. So I'll probably part it out,
1. Athlon XP 1700
2. DDR 2100 2 256 MODULES
3. Antec Soho 1040 case<--not sure if I am keeping yet or not.
4. Leadtech Geforce ti4400 dual fan

Thanks

If that is the case then this belongs in the DBB Marketplace

named "FS/Parting out PC" (easy title for description of your DESIRE..whoot)

That way Mobitroll© will not turn this thread into:
" My Hardware is bigger than yours yet I do not own it, pissing contest "

as you can see he has already laid the groundwork above! Image
