Looking for a music/sound coverter for D3 missions.

I need a particular tool. I'm looking for the old tool released a long time ago (forgot the name). It is a sound and music tool for converting music files for use in D3 missions. I used to have this and use it all the time. Anyway, help would be appreciated.

It comes with D3 in the editor folder, IIRC. If you don't have it, e-mail me and I'll send it over.
