Maybe we should send in the french surrender infantry armed with super soakers and let them have fun.

That would be one fight they might actually have a chance of winning.

Libre Belgique newspaper reported that an agent who was "without a doubt under the influence of antidepressants" had discharged his weapon.

Just a wild guess but sounds like he's on the wrong meds. Apparently he could use a little target practice as well.
