I keep getting this IP conflict error that two computers are sharing the same IP address 192.168.1.2 Two of my computers are hooked directly in to the Linksys router, and the other 4 computers are wireless. How do I fix this?

Try a

C:> ipconfig /release

followed by a

C:> ipconfig /renew

on the machine(s) throwing the message. Any laptops on that LAN ? If so, do the same on them. Also, make sure you disconnect the network cable before you put them to sleep for moving them around.

Or make it go away permenately by giving them all a static IP.
