The Perfect Bank Robbery

Post by Bad@sskow »

So lets set the scene. I was driving to see a movie at the movie theatre last week, and there were just swarms of police cars headed somewhere. When I got over the bridge of a freeway I saw at least 20 police cars in a McDonalds parking lot. I figured some poisoned McChicken or something. Anyways I found out the next day that this is what happened:

Someone called in a bomb threat to this McDonalds so of course it was taken seriously. But noone knew what was really going on. This person was calling from a pay phone across the street of a local TCIF Bank, which happened to be right next to the police station. The normal response time to the bank is under a minute... on this day it took at least 7 minutes. In the end the robber got away... a successful bank robbery.

I'm trying to find the news article for it... but I'm quite sure it happened since I've heard the same exact thing as said above from multiple people. Shows you though how everything no matter how perfect it seems has loopholes.

it's not really hard work at all. you walk in, flash your peice and tell him to hook you up or you'll scatter his guts. then you go back to your own town and shut up.

are you f***ing serious jager is better than anything! absinthe can't get the panties off that quick.

we had a string of robberies here where they distracted the cops by calling in bomb threats to across town locations.

The culprits are now being passed around like currency at the OSP.

perfect bank robbery indeed.

Well I think the best thing about this is, the bank is across the street from the police station.

Jager? Ugh that stuff is ick. Then again I don't like the taste of licorice. It was disgusting combined with the Red Bull drink.

As for the bank robbery, smart robber. I should keep that in mind and pass it on to the police department next to the bank where I work for ;).

Clearly your definition of the "high brow stuff" needs improving:

Laphroig 20 years old
Ben Riach 30 years old
Grand Marnier
Drambuie etc.

Naahhh... I just like my good sense of taste... Jager is like dipping your tongue in paint thinner, though the paint thinner might taste better... lol.. j/k :P
