Only took about 30 seconds to do that. Wasn't going for ultra-realism
Shoulda blurred the blood adn given the eyes a little more shine
Coulda tried making it nastier by extruding the veins a bit. Not sure though.
Could haev made them smaller too and shouldn't have mad them go all the way to the iris.
